Dr. Coolwraps Recovery Compression Cooling Wraps $25-$35

The Good: Stretchy support, surprisingly long-lasting cooling effect. Loop feature is comfortable and stays put.
The Bad: Bulkier than similar supports due to the cooling materials.
The Ugly: The workout it took for you to need this type of post-workout support. You, my friend are an animal.
If we’re doing it right, most of our workouts end with a bit of necessary rehab to bring our battered frames back up to speed. Ice, heat, stretching, and maybe even bandages accompany anyone who chugs life as hard as we do. For post-workout support and cooling relief, Dr. Coolwraps has what you need. The wrap uses Coolcore™ technology to cool for about 20-30 minutes, with no chemicals while the flexible material holds tight with an easy wrap and Velcro design.
The soft band provides compression support and cooling properties, and comes in enough colors and sizes to go just about anywhere with a bit of flair. We tested the wraps out after crossfit workouts and trail running, the cooling effect lasted about 30 minutes, while the compression was a welcome relief both mid and post-workout. The loop design was great to start the wrap, on a heel, elbow, or even slipping a thumb through it.
Bottom line, for the price it’s worth keeping one of these frosted to help with post-workout recovery.
