Redding Beer Week: Closing Ceremonies at Turtle Bay

Redding beer week was an incredible ride, with over 45 events across the city there was something to do just about every moment of the week and we sure covered the bulk of them.  There were plenty of opportunities to try something new, and plenty of brews to choose from. Over the week, 25 regional breweries participated in a variety of events, ranging from rare beer flights, sour beer nights, and exceptional pairings at many of the best restaurants the city had to offer.  With the opening event starting off the week at the Civic Center, it was only fitting that the final event come full circle and complete at Turtle Bay’s Paul Bunyan Forest Camp.  The cool and breezy evening was the perfect end to a brew-packed week.

Featuring live music from the Seasons, food trucks from Mary’s Pizza and C.R. Gibbs, and beers from Wildcard, Eel River, Sierra Nevada,  and Fall River. With an awesome mobile photo booth van capturing the fun.

So, what can we say about the end to a good thing? Well, it’s been fun, crazy, and we’re looking forward to getting out and doing it again next year. With so many people coming together to really enjoy what this city has to offer, it is one more great reason to love the place we live.

Cheers until next year!

Thanks Rio! Hope you had as much fun reading about it as we did covering all the great events! With so many great things to love about the Northstate, a huge week of events like this is like the cherry on a really tasty cake!
