I huge part of getting fit has nothing to do with a workout. The body is built for turning food into fuel, so what we choose to have on our fork is huge. While there are plenty of fast options out there that will leave you bloated and tired, a few shifts in your food thinking will make a massive difference in performance and fitness level. I’m not really talking about a diet right now, more of a full overhaul of how we approach food. Here are a few things that we need to talk more about when it come to feeding the machine.
