Let’s all be honest. We all could use a bit more fitness in our lives. Being strong, fast, and able to take on anything life throws at you should be a priority for everyone, because you never know when you’ll need it. I like working out to be able to run a race or climb a mountain whenever I want to; I also like to eat so burning back off the food is always a benefit. With so many different ways to get fit, it’s can still be hard to find one that works for the place you’re in.
